Just a random German haircolour brandless shit. Because i did not know yet if i fully wanted to "go back to black"
How does this hair colour make you feel?
Yes, i stopped dying my hair black after my 14th birthday because it made me feel like it was a part of my trauma's. After i started therapy again in 2019 (so almost 10 years later) i founded that all these years i was looking to find "myself" back. I tried to avoid wearing the goth style because it felt like a small part of the trauma. After working on this trauma i tried to go black again, and even though i always feel stupid saying this, it felt like i finally found myself back. Black hair is what always made me feel comfortable when i was younger and i am glad i choose to dye it again. After i found a way to shed my trauma's of that time away.
How was your hair before you applied the colour (ie pre-bleached, growing out old colour, etc)?
natural. I tried to dye it a lot, but my natural hair color came close to how i felt more "me". its a dark brownish color.
What is your favourite hair dye brand and what is so great about it?
i honestly do not know how to answer this. Its been a while since i dyed my hair so i do not have a clear opinion on hair dye brands anymore.
Your no.1 advice for dyeing your own hair is:
Listen to what feels good for yourself. If you feel "at home" with a crazy hair color, please do not let anyone stop you.
Also, don't listen to mom's who say to rub butter on your forehead. I made that mistake for you.
