Which brand & colour are you wearing in your picture?
I dyed my hair with Purple Rain by Artic Fox. I just really love how deep the color is.
How does this hair colour make you feel?
It does give me a confidence boost.
How was your hair before you applied the colour (ie pre-bleached, growing out old colour, etc)?
My original hair color is very dark brown, almost black. But I've been dyeing my hair so often that it's almost always a strawberry blond color from the reds and pinks that I've been putting in my bleached hair.
What is your favourite hair dye brand and what is so great about it?
Artic Fox has to be my favorite. The colors are really vibrant and pop out.
Your no.1 advice for dyeing your own hair is:
1. Wash your hair with cold water. 2. If you have some left over dye, put it in a bottle with conditioner. That way, when you wash your hair, the conditioner puts some dye back in. 3. Use dry shampoo in between. 4. When you're going to bleach your hair, put coconut oil (pure coconut oil can be purchased at the grocery store) in your hair first. ALOT! It helps your hair from being damaging.
