Which brand & colour are you wearing in your picture?
I used Directions Cerise all over my hair. The tips are bleached so its brighter there, and as you can see it even holds on my natural colour on top!

How was your hair before you applied the colour (ie pre-bleached, growing out old colour, etc)?
I bleached the tips - and applied the hairdye on both my natural and bleached hair. As you can see it shows pretty amazing!
What is your favourite hair dye brand and what is so great about it?
I love the colours of Directions - They have about every colour you can dream of. I tried other hairdye types but this one simply works the best for my hair.
Your no.1 advice for dyeing your own hair is:
Mix the hairdye with a bit of coconut conditioner, especially if you bleached it. It will be super hydrated and soft after dying. Also wash your hair only with cold water about 1 time a week! So you gotta train your hair!
