💚 Mental Health Thread 💚

How are you? Whether it's "good", or "not that good", there's no shame in either.
Share what has helped you in your mental health journey, and try out tips from others. Hopefully, we can all help each other!

Let us start with something: some of the people working at Attitude practice meditation and mindfulness. They've found it alleviates stress and makes you more aware of your thoughts, without judgement. Thoughts are just thoughts after all.

I've heen depressed 2 times. Currently getting better from a burn out. What helped me most was a daily planner to stay active during the day. I've had medication and help from a therapist but it didn't help me that much. What really helped was the daily planner so that i have an activity every day. I like to draw, paint and other creative things. When ever my head is full of emotions I try to write them down so they can escape my mind.

I hope everyone who has depression or another mental illness can find their way to win the fight no one deserves a bad mental health.
