All orders placed will be subject to the wholesale terms and conditions on the website
www.attitudeholland.nl Business customers are advised to visit the website before placing
any orders. Attitude Holland reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any
time, and all such changes will be posted on Attitude Holland trade website. Business
customers are therefore advised to refer to the terms and conditions on the Attitude Holland
website on a regular basis to keep themselves familiarized with Attitude Holland current
terms and conditions. When logged in as a business customer all prices quoted exclude VAT.
These are the terms and conditions of supply for www.attitudehairdye.com (Site). The Site is
operated by Attitude Holland. We are a privately owned company, registered in the
Netherlands. Our registered company number is 17113085 and our registered office is at
Energiestraat 4e, 1135 GD Edam, The Netherlands. Our VAT registration number is NL 8076

DELIVERY OF ORDERS
All orders will be handled within 24 hours, and depending on your location you will receive
them within 1-10 working days.
PAYMENT
Orders will be processed after payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email to info@attitudeholland.nl before
we have packed or dispatched the goods to you; or where goods have already been
dispatched to you, by returning goods to us. You can return goods you have ordered from
us at any time providing the seal is unopened and the product is unused, within 30 days of
receipt for a full refund or exchange. The cost and responsibility of returning goods to us
shall be borne by you. We recommend you obtain proof of posting. If an exchange is
required, extra postage & packing is required to be paid before we send goods out.
Upon receipt of the goods we will issue to you a refund of the amount paid (less any
outbound postage costs incurred) or an exchange credit as required. Where free delivery
has been offered with the order then there will be a charge at the standard rate of delivery
applied. The current pricing can be found on our delivery page. We are unable to refund any
import duty that has been paid.
PRODUCT GUARANTEE
Because the quality and condition of each person's hair is different, we cannot offer a
satisfaction guarantee for our products.
Our colour examples are indications, and there are many factors affecting the end result,
including hair condition, history and the general health of the customers. This is why we
always recommend a strand test before both bleaching and dyeing the hair.
EU COMPLIANCE
Our manufacturer is under regular control of the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product
safety Authority (NVWA). This implies that they are working according to the Good
Manufacturing Practice GMP Guidelines and that the products of Attitude Holland are
manufactured and considered as cosmetic products in accordance with the European
legislation (Cosmetics Directive 76/768/EEC). The GMP follows the Guidelines on Good
Manufacturing Practices (ISO 22716:2007) which form the harmonized standard for the
GMP requirements of the EU Cosmetic Products Regulation no. 1223/2009.
